  As for Renting my Experiences with this company were very substandard. At first everything felt fine and professional till it came time to have a semiannual inspection sevral things were in normal wear condition and they were trying to blame us and get us to replace what should be covered by the homeowner for hefty prices. As for moving out they expect you to furnish the cost for professional cleaning and also for supplying items that were not there to begin with and as far as Deposits dont expect to get them back. We clearly listed one of the rooms had a bad animal urine smell on the day of move in and they never addressed this issue. Some how the cleaning of carpet on move out surfaced stains and they charged us to replace it EVEN THOUGH CLEARLY THE CARPET WAS DAMAGED TO BEGIN WITH! I would not Recommend doing business with this company.
